He graduated from school with a gold medal. He studied at the Don Agricultural Institute, and then in graduate school. At the end, he received a diploma with honors and the degree of candidate of agricultural sciences. Urgent military service was held in the air defense forces. Since the year - the main livestock technician of the Don PPF, and after another 4 years the team chose it as the director of the enterprise.

In the shortest possible time, the poultry farm is recognized as the best in Russia, and the work of its young director is evaluated by the medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” of the II degree. In the elections to the local representatives of the representative power, fellow countrymen entrusted Valery Nikolaevich to represent their interests in the district meeting of deputies.

In March, residents of the Azovya UA in a percentage of votes choose Valery Nikolayevich as the head of the district. Valery Bevzyuk is married. Under the leadership of Valery Bevzyuk, the Azov district overcame the protracted crisis and, according to most indicators of socio -economic development, moved from the best rural territories of the Rostov region.

For three years, the growth of production amounted to: in crop production - 2.2 times, in animal husbandry and fishing - 1.6 times. The own revenues of the district budget increased from 10 to 70 million. Last year, almost all collective enterprises were profitable. In medicine: ambulances, modern equipment, soft inventory and tools were purchased, and the supply of medicines was stabilized. In the culture: in a number of recreation centers and clubs, a new light and sound amplifying equipment is installed, new concert costumes are sewn for the best creative groups.
