We have a corporate committee that organizes the life of the team outside the office - sports events, trainings on the weekend in nature, children's drawings contests, in the near future we have a kayaking alloy and a dance marathon.

But the intuition of the governor suggested that a specialized organization must be distinguished from the government structure. I also note the role of Ryabov Dmitry Alexandrovich. Its courage and scale of thinking during the creation of the corporation played a role: immediately, at the initial stage of work, ambitious goals were set - both in the number of investors involved, and in the areas of activity, and to build the work system.

Over the six years of the corporation, we managed to attract more than 50 Russian and foreign companies with a total investment of 58 billion rubles and more than 8 thousand jobs. But, of course, our main achievement is the formation of a team of professionals. Over the years, we have successfully built relations with the regional government and investors, we work as a single team, which allows you to quickly and efficiently solve all emerging issues.

What is this industrial park today? And these are jobs with high wages: for example, the CNC operator, theizer receives from 30 thousand rubles and above, a qualified engineer - about 50 thousand.This is a good incentive for students of our technical schools and universities, not only in terms of salaries, but also professional growth. As for the budgetary efficiency, the ruble of all investments in the Zavolzha infrastructure accounts for 18 rubles of private investment and more than 7 rubles of tax payments.

And these ratios will improve as the park is filled. The park is certified by the Association of Industrial Parks, recognized in Russia and abroad, which is confirmed by awards of the professional community. Now we set ourselves tasks - the development of services for residents, building a model that would allow maintaining the necessary level of improvement of the industrial zone.

At the entrance to Ulyanovsk, an agro -industrial park of the full cycle for the production and processing of agricultural products is created. First of all, these are additional opportunities for Ulyanovsk agricultural producers. In the fall, the Aar Rus company plans to start operating activities. Unfortunately, some of the residents did not wait for this moment.

But new, mainly, their activities are related to the maintenance of aircraft and the production of components. At the enterprises of the first five investors, more than two thousand new high -tech jobs with high wages will be created. In August in China, we signed two new agreements with future residents of the zone. Just the other day, investment messages were signed with three future residents in the field of logistics, distribution, and packaging of goods.

Of course, we are interested in the development of the aviation direction. Without leaving work in the western direction, we began to build cooperation with Asian countries. So, now in the region it is planned to implement several large -scale projects of Chinese companies. Due to the limited budget funds in the new economic situation, the region is looking for mechanisms for attracting private funds to social projects, for example, in the construction of kindergartens, a clinic.

On the initiative of the governor, a public-private partnership center was created, where ready-made business solutions are being developed for potential investors. In general, despite the difficult conditions, the number of signed agreements is not reduced, the construction of new enterprises continues, and I am sure that this year investment projects will be no less than in the past.

It is important for us that Ulyanovsk is attractive to talented specialists to return those who left.

We are overseeing the creation of the first large integrated social and business space in the Zavolzhsky district of Ulyanovsk. This will be the almost new center of the new city with the Bolshaya City Square, the "Alley of the Patriarchs", the park zone, the cascade of retail space. A more long -term project - the Green Crown - involves a comprehensive development of the territory between the presidential and imperial bridges.

The project provides for the creation of a social, business, residential, recreational zone and area of ​​the water area. For example, he pays great attention to the project of the aerotopolis near the Ulyanovsk-East Airport, which involves the further development of the port economic zone; The project for the development of renewable energy, the further development of the nanocenter, as well as the creation of a huge machine -building enterprise, which will produce equipment for factories.

The main goal set before the government of the region and, accordingly, before us, is ten years in Ulyanovsk in attractiveness for doing business, should be included in the first twenty in Russia in terms of living standards.
