For them, the achievements of their students, the recognition and respect of their parents are most significant.

And experienced teachers have already released several classes, generations, their children successfully graduated from school, entered colleges and universities, became respected professionals, achieved something in life.

Young teachers do not yet have such achievements, which is why they strive to prove themselves at competitions. But this does not mean that competitions are only the lot of the young. Even when we remember our teachers, each of us had a lot of them in life, but we do not remember everyone. And we recall those teachers who really played some important role in our lives, gave an important example or provided support at the right time, helped to reveal their talent. In my opinion, these qualities are the most important. Within the framework of our competitions, teachers learn to be such, show and exchange with each other those tools with which they can achieve the most important results, revealing the talents and abilities of each child.
