Despite the difference in theoretical landmarks and in the style of functioning, both early organizations were similar to their openness, the desire to reach the general public. This tradition is fully inherited by the “Moscow Society of Psychoanalysts”, always widely opening the doors of its events. The personal degree of involvement in each organization was different. Zinchenko and A. Tkhostov mainly cultivated the Freudovo Field. Kachalov was a member of both of these early societies. Kachalova and A. The remaining future members of the Moscow Society of Psychoanalysts in the same years preferred the path of personal self -improvement, namely, the path of the so -called "shuttle" learning. Circumstances encourage members of the Moscow Society of Psychoanalysts to actively participate in the educational, research and medical work of Russian psychiatric and psychological institutions at the Moscow and federal levels. For five years, Potapova was the initiator of the rapprochement of Moscow psychoanalytic societies, and the holding of joint “Moscow psychoanalytic seminars”, held,, and in the GG.

Kachalov also became the author of the first German-Franco-Russian “psychoanalytic glossary” by Zinchenko from the city of Tkhostov, translated back in Bereger, a textbook that immediately became a standard textbook on psychoanalytic psychology in Russia. Currently, members of Society are organizing a psychoanalytic education in various institutions: in the Moscow State University, a magistracy on psychoanalysis, the “Federal Medical Research Center for Psychiatry and Narcology”, graduate school, advanced training cycle “Introduction to clinical psychoanalysis”.
