Yakov Halperin Biography

Kyiv, Ukraine. Married, has two children. He is a participant in the Great Patriotic War. At the summer, he volunteered for the front, joined the Red Army, participated in battles with the Nazi invaders, then with the Japanese militarists in the Far East, making a worthy contribution to a great victory. For manifested courage, heroism and courage, he was awarded state and international orders and medals.

In Galperin, he graduated from a medical institution in Ashgabat and since then his life has been inextricably linked with Russian healthcare. For the first time in the country, Yakov Grigoryevich began to create stationary departments at industrial enterprises for the planned treatment of patients suffering from alcoholism and became one of the founders of Russian narcology.

He is the creator of his own psychotherapeutic school, the author of more printed works, 10 patents and copyright certificates. Yakov Grigoryevich was awarded the sign “Excellent Health”. Having summer experience in medicine, Yakov Grigoryevich is convinced that many diseases can be treated with those methods and means that have been developed by mankind for millennia.

That is why, since the 10ths of the last century, Y. Halperin became one of the initiators of the revival of traditional traditional medicine in Russia and its introduction into domestic health care. Halperina created a professional medical association of folk healers in Russia, the purpose of which is the unification of specialists of traditional traditional medicine and health workers, the scientific substantiation of means and methods of traditional traditional medicine and their implementation into domestic healthcare.

Thanks to the efforts of J. Halperin as the President of the Association, a number of documents were adopted at the state level, in particular Art. A talented leader, a good teacher, J. Halperin enjoys huge authority among his employees and among representatives of the medical community. For his merits in the development of Russian healthcare, Yakov Grigoryevich was awarded a number of prestigious awards from scientific centers and societies of Russia and foreign countries.

His students work in all regions of Russia, the CIS countries, neighboring and far abroad, head institutes, centers and entire directions in science.
