Biography of Olga Sergun

Olga Sergun: “I am sick, I worry. I thought about pedagogical activity, received a higher education in the field of trade, worked in the district committee of the Komsomol and the city council and by the will of fate I got into the passport service. And in it for 27 years - invariably and permanently. For all this time, the names of posts and service itself have repeatedly changed, and Olga Leonidovna is difficult.

In Krupki, to find a person who did not know Olga Sergun, because a passport - the main document certifying - needs a careful look, a friendly smile, the ability to delve into the situation and find a way out for a person who has turned - this is an undoubted authority among people and in a professional environment. The Board of the Krupsky district, and today Olga Leonidovna is the heroine of our project.

That time Olga Leonidovna recalls with nostalgia: - In Komsomol, I worked for 5 unforgettable years. This is such a gift of fate! The team was very close -knit, we are still friendly. Already there I started working with documents - I wrote out Komsomol tickets. The handwriting and literacy allowed me, they trusted me. Everything seemed so reliable, but the collapse of the Soviet Union, party and Komsomol structures occurred, and I went to work as a senior accountant in the City Council.

And then he was abolished. It was necessary to look for work, and Olga Leonidovna agreed to go to the passport service, where the third unit was introduced at that time. But not everything was so simple. Nina Ilyinichna Volosovich allowed everyone to write a dictation to check the handwriting, literacy, and the ability to translate into Belarusian. The result of my test arranged it.

It was a year. The time is “hot”, the universal compulsory passportation began, there was no time to study. Patked and said: "Accept the documents." I recently raised my old reports, I thought, it turns out that over the entire time of work through my hands, 50 passports passed, and maybe more. Present only! And this despite the fact that before all the documents were written out manually.

Now, of course, everything is wrong. The service is equipped with all the necessary computer equipment, where many different databases are installed. Complexes for collecting information and for issuing documents work with biometric passports. There are even mobile complexes with which you can go home. They are now distributed by the bush method into several areas. By the way, are the cereals actively use new samples of the document?

Now there is a choice, what sample the document is obtained, you can paper option, you can biometric. The profession of a passporter requires great scrupulousness and literacy, because all the information in the document should be reliable, so there is no right to error. Often the discrepancy in one letter can turn into serious problems for a person: different documents are drawn up in accordance with passport data - a diploma, a driver’s license, a loan, etc.

If there are discrepancies, then there are no problems in assigning a pension or issuing an inheritance. Especially in the elderly, when the village councils wrote out birth certificates, the marriage: as they heard, they wrote. And there are many such examples - tick -blessed, Barauli and other variable surnames, ”she says. Constantly in touch with notaries. There are many nuances.

Olga Leonidovna's eye on such things is outlined. Many are even surprised: "Oh, but no one has ever noticed, only you." All the time I say to people: received a document - read what is written there. And another interesting parallel came to mind: in Komsomol I wrote out documents, and here. I believe that we all need to follow the advice of an experienced person: attentive to our own documents so that at the most inopportune moment there is no unpleasant incident.

According to Olga Leonidovna, reading is largely facilitated by reading. She herself is an avid book lover and rarely falls asleep without a book in her hand. At some time, science fiction was priority, now-detectives. And, as my interlocutor admitted, she does not just read the pages, she lives events with the heroes, understands the intricacies of fate, represents her solutions, comparing with the copyrights.

Maybe he is right in something, ”says Olga Leonidovna, thinking slightly. In addition to literacy and attentiveness, the passportist must have developed communicative skills. This is mandatory, because every day you have to communicate with a large number of people, and each with their own task, problem, their own mood. I accept rural people, especially distant ones. They come from Minsk, far away, for example, to the October village council.

Although in recent years it has been practiced that this be at the place of registration. And people take ready -made passports anyway only with us.In any case, people come to me, many several times already. In her work, she tries to make sure that every citizen is satisfied not only with the result, but also to his attention. And people answer her sincere gratitude, remember in years, come and meet as a good friend.

And this, you see, is better than any other characteristics. And Olga Leonidovna herself says that there are many positive people from whom you are fueled by positive energy. Sometimes a sense of humor helps in communication, including in solving problematic issues. For example, in matters of the Latin version of names and surnames. I explain to him that under our legislation, the transfer is automatically from the Belarusian version.

I, for example, Volha! We begin to understand. When submitting an application for a passport, the citizen is issued a form. In the column with the data, the name and surname are prescribed in Russian and Belarusian. The same line, if desired, indicates its option in Latin. Many do not do this, and then the translation goes automatically from the Belarusian. With primary appeal, employees who accept documents can focus on this issue.

Or we must wait for the period at which the passport is replaced. I always try to suggest that children and parents have the same transliteration. This is important in many issues. Passport is the main identification document, and having it is a citizen's duty. Are there such people who do not have passports? It turns out that there is, although it may seem strange in modern life.

There are those who now have Soviet passports. Separate ones remember this when age is suitable for retirement. It turns out that as they once hired for work, so the person was in one place ... Our employees are conducting explanatory work with people, help practically, engage in identification, confirm their personality, work with experts, interview witnesses.

They do everything so that a person has a document. Often, people lose their documents, and there are enough curiosity cases: either he went hunting with a passport to the forest, then fishing, where the pea jacket drowned with the document. Whatever happens, we must immediately contact our service, we will advise what to do in each specific situation. According to Olga Leonidovna, it is important that a person in his workplace feel comfortable, only then he can work with full return.

With great gratitude, she recalled the groups where she had a chance to work. Either passports to withdraw at night, then letters, ”she shares. It is very pleasant that my work received such a high rating. And a person can work with full dedication, when he is fine in his family. I also completely agree in this with my heroine. Nicholas’s husband also has been working as an electrician of the alarm and communication distance, where his father worked.

So it turns out that the people closest to me are in the railway rut, and I work with documents. But this difference applies exclusively to the profession. Cosiness, life, rest, hobbies - general family affairs that are invariably done with love. Together they adore walks in the forest for berries, this is both rest and replenishment of reserves for the winter.

By the way, from the moment he arrives in the passport service, to this day is the secretary of the public commission on housing issues. For more than 15 years she was an active participant in the folk ensemble of the People’s Song "Krupchanka".
