How did the general director of Asi manage to achieve such impressive career heights? In years, the family returned to Russia, so Svetlana’s school was already graduating in Samara. Having received a certificate, she entered the Samara Economic Academy, where she successfully defended her diploma in the year.

After several months of work in the Bank of Russia, a young specialist transferred to the Ministry of Economic Development, Investments and Trade of the Samara Region, where she built a career until moving to Moscow in the year. In the public service, Svetlana Chupsheva first held the position of leading specialist, then led the regional agency of economic development. Immediately after taking office, the head took part in the development of the standard for supporting volunteering of the volunteer movement, which began to be introduced immediately in twenty Russian regions.

Then the initiative for the development of the Institute of Mentoring aimed at the social and professional adaptation of representatives of different generations was started. In the year, the first All -Russian Forum "Mentor" was held, which gathered more than ten thousand participants from different regions of the country. When developing a plan for its implementation, the main task was set - creating conditions for improving the quality of life of citizens.

In subsequent years of ASI, activities to improve the work of services designed to facilitate such necessary procedures as an appointment of a child in a kindergarten or school, obtaining rehabilitation or home care services, submitting documents for benefits, an appointment with a high -tech medical center. The last projects in the year, the agency under the leadership of Svetlana Chupsheva has carried out a lot of work on the development of social entrepreneurship-from learning effective business models to organizational and sales support of existing enterprises.

The director of the ASI is actively involved in programs aimed at achieving the country's technological sovereignty, import substitution, improve the business climate in the regions. The agency fruitfully cooperates with the leadership of the subjects of the Federation on the issues of the NSI, one of the last agreements was signed with the Government of the Amur Region. Joint projects will concern the issues of supporting entrepreneurship, the development of tourism, career guidance and education.
