Robert Imangulov, co -founder of Petrocm LLC, the construction of the plant lasted two years, for which the owner of the production, LLC “Petrocm”, invested in the construction of the building and its technical equipment of almost 2 billion rubles. The building is located on an area of 10 m2, it has office and industrial premises and an ultra -modern warehouse. At the moment, 37 people work at the plant, but when he enters into full capacity, Petrocram will provide residents of nearby settlements with more than 80 jobs.
Of course, as elsewhere with personnel is not easy, but we gradually cope with this issue. ” The Petrram plant will produce wet canned foods. Its maximum capacity today is 10 tons per year, or cans per minute. Until mid -September, the plant operates in test mode: the recipes developed by qualified technologists are perfect, production processes are debugged. Russian and foreign specialists work on the setting of production.

Dog feed will contain 5-7 ingredients. The composition of cat feed is more complex, they will contain up to 12 ingredients, enriched with vitamins and amino acids, biologically active substances. Customers will be able to choose a variety of taste combinations.
However, the capacities will be enough for a non -specialized channel. The main priority of "Peterma" is an impeccable quality of products that meet the highest European standards. To look at this ultra -modern production, we put on a special form, pass the shoe sink and go to the holy of holies - to the production workshops. From the upper gallery we observe how the line of sealing the cans is debugged, how the tanks for raw materials are washed, how the car with canned polet lives its own life.
And the most amazing thing - there is no unpleasant odor in meat production! Robert Imangulov tells us that European equipment from Denmark, Italy, Germany and Spain allows the factory to produce canned and humid feeds in any packaging: iron jars, lamisters, spiders, as well as any shape: these are pastorals, souffli and mousses, pieces in sauce and jelly, sausages and other forms.
And very soon all this will fall on the shelves of Russian pet stores. The Petrram plant will give priority to the production of feed of private brands - the beginning of its full work is already waiting for about a hundred customers. The plans of managers are also developing and promoting their own brands, the development of their design and recipes is almost completed.
