Born on November 18, in the village of Tlustenhabl, located in Adygea. He received higher education in the year, having graduated from the Krasnodar Higher Military School of the Military Institute named after General Army S. in the year completed his studies at the Moscow State Law Academy named after O. Kutafin, having received a legal education. Brechalov began his career in the year when he took the post of deputy head of the Chkalovsky garrison regime, working in a special forces.

In the period for a year, Alexander Vladimirovich held leading legal positions in the Uniastrum Bank design bureau, gradually moving from the head of the legal department to the director of the legal department.
