Instagram is Russian musician, the frontman of the Sirotkin project, a convinced feline, an avid traveler and the hope of a domestic indie scene. Sergey Sirotkin is the best young performer of the year according to JagerMeister Indie Awards, an artist, through songs broadcasting his distinctive bright sadness. It was he who told us that we could become above the houses, that the lamps would soon burn out and that it was not easy to scare us - after all, we reached the bottom.

It is from this metaphysical bottom that Seryozha Sirotkin sings to us, leafing through the pages of his instrumental story with the Fleur of disappointment in everyday life. He is as if an ordinary guy and in every possible way tries to find frenzy in the tucked landscapes of panel high -rise buildings. Seryozha grew in an average Russian family: a working dad-entrepreneur, a troublesome mother and an older brother.

He was fond of football and bicycle sports, looked for himself and was constantly in the company of the older brother, who included him Kurt Cobain and the Metallica group. For one of the holidays, the boys gave the guitar, and they threw all their forces to master the instrument.

The case went, the pen of the pen began - at 13, Seryozha wrote the first song. Over time, Sirotkin plunged BMX with his head with his head and even went to competitions, and the professional vector chose the technical: after graduation, he entered a lawyer and worked for IT for several years. The music in his life always went along the tangent, but did not turn into the very red thread passing through.

Until recently. Once Seryozha and his brother created a musical group, but the efforts of the guys were met with a laugh and the classic “this is temporarily, will pass” by relatives, and the improvised team broke up. And Sirotkin Jr. began to act: he writes songs, most of which go to the table, makes the covers on Brandon Flawers from The Killers, records his own tracks and laid out them in VKontakte.

Then everything is according to the classics of the genre: people listen, groping out their souls and an unprecedented talent mixed with potential in his work, musicians write to him with proposals to work, and slowly the composition of the Sirotkin project is gathering, now including five people. Seryozha himself says that if he knew that in the end would be a whole group, he would have thought over the name longer.

Then the mini-albums of Challenger, “Marble”, “Echopark”, “Snow and Spirit”, work with Gosha Rubchinsky to create music for showing men's clothing at the Parisian Fashion Week, talented clips for the tracks “Beat, Heart”, “Above the Houses”, taken by Oleg Trofim, “Evening Urgant”, and the gradual expansion of the audience and "Sirotking." This is a proprietary sitting pose that appears in many photographs of Seryozha.

Once on Instagram, he launched a flash mob on the most unusual "Sirotaking", after which all the self-respecting fans of orphaned with all their might. In the comments under his work, people write that Sirotkin is what others do not want to advise, preserving his sincere music right under the heart and relishing this warm instrumental drim-pop ten lives in a row. They write that his clips are like a dream that was forgotten, and he was recorded for you and shown on the video.

That it is not one Kirkorov, and the Russian pop scenes still have hope for a bright future. Now Sirotkin travels with the tours, giving fans a lively sound, in his free time flies behind the raspberry sun and tries to figure out the technical component of musical craft - after all, he did not study this, so he plays and sings as he feels. In parallel, he continues to work in IT and freelancing, traveling and conducting Instagram of his cats Yuri and Richard, whom he simply loves.

For several years, Sergey has been married to the photographer Maria Lipina, who is also his concert director. They have been found from about 19 years old, and a couple of years ago a replenishment occurred in the family in the form of two representatives of the cat family.
