He noted that the city development strategies are necessary, which should be built taking into account the successful experience of the administration, with the introduction of new modern approaches. At the same time, he emphasized that it is impossible to increase the effectiveness of municipal management without organizing constant feedback with the population.

He noted the acute need to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the city not only in its central part, but also in remote areas. He also touched on the topic of the quality of the provision of services in the housing and communal services, according to him, the city lacks competitiveness among managing organizations and monitoring their activities.

Street and road infrastructure is another priority area of ​​activity of the city administration. Not enough interchanges leads to the fact that roads work in constant overload mode. He recalled the imminent launch of the Salekhard-Nadym highway, after which heavy trucks will come to the city and in general the automobile flow will increase significantly. In addition, he proposed to brand Salekhard, acquiring new attributes of his own urban identity, which will help residents associate themselves with Salekhard and Yamal.

Of course, such decisions should be made only with the consent and with the support of the residents of the district capital themselves, ”says Alexey Titovsky. The candidate also touched on the development of the education system, the support of small and medium-sized businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations, active interaction with the population in various activities of the city administration.

Already in the position of head of Salekhard, Alexei Titovsky, answering the questions of journalists, emphasized that now it is necessary to join the work without delay and deal with current problems, and there are not a few of them, besides this, there is a planned work.

He intends to start business with the calculation and with an analytical approach. First of all, I decided to deal with the issue of resettlement of citizens to a worthy, comfortable and new housing. It has been working on Yamal since the year. He began his work in commercial structures, from the year in the district government, where he went from the chief specialist of the Department of International and Foreign Economic Relations to the head of the Department of Foreign Economic Activities and then the director of the Department of Science and Innovation of the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
